Tips for a multi-sensorial tea experience
Pre-warm a 200ml glass teapot and cups with hot water; empty the pot. Place 2 teaspoons of chrysanthemum flowers in the pot. Gently pour on water, which is between 75°C and 80°C. Steep until the flowers hydrate and start to slowly drop to the bottom of the pot. Serve the tea in the pre-heated cups, using a strainer if needed, but allow at least one flower to be served in each cup.
